The Arista 7050X4 are members of the Arista 7050X series and key components of the Arista portfolio of data center switches. Businesses are embracing digital technologies at a much faster pace than ever before due to the shift in collaborating using online conferencing tools. Most Enterprise companies are offering more products and services online, analyzing data to gain deeper insights and embracing upcoming technologies like AI/ML to improve overall productivity. The key to these innovations being made possible is because of investments in state of the art data centers, where data is stored, processed and analyzed globally.

The adoption of next generation PCIe Gen4 based high performance compute using virtualization and containers with increasingly higher network bandwidth is accelerating the need for higher density switching in both the leaf and spine tiers of modern Enterprise networks. The Arista 7050X4 Series high performance flexible data center switches are loaded with features for wire speed L2 and L3, combine extensive automation with programmability, low latency and offer multiple generations of consistency for software driven cloud networking.

The 7050X4 supports a flexible combination of speeds including 10G, 25G, 40G, 50G, 100G, 200G, and 400G in compact 1U and 2U form factors that allow customers to design networks to accommodate the myriad different applications and east-west traffic patterns found in modern data centers whilst providing backward compatibility to existing compute infrastructure and investment protection for the future.
