Product Overview
The 730 Series APs provide more Wi-Fi 7 performance with up to 30% more 6 GHz band capacity using patented ultra tri-band filtering to eliminate interference. Flexible radios can be customized for dual 5 GHz or dual 6 GHz to better reflect your client ecosystem. Tri-band coverage delivers up to 9.0 Gbps max aggregate data rate (capable of up to 14.4 Gbps max aggregate data rate using dual 6 GHz radio mode).
Enhanced security
The 730 Series APs, based on AOS-10, build on existing Wi-Fi security capabilities to deliver more edge security. HPE Aruba Networking Central’s Client Insights uses AI and machine learning to identify and classify 99% of known clients for better visibility and control. Dynamic Segmentation automates role-based access across wired and wireless, and new MACsec support1 extends wired encryption from switch to AP.
More IoT devices at higher densities
Eliminate IoT-device overlay gateways with the 730 Series APs that act as IoT platforms for 350+ partners. Connect 2x the IoT devices with two integrated Bluetooth 6 and 802.15.4/ Zigbee radios and two USB-port extensions to simplify deploying and managing growing numbers and densities of IoT devices. Leverage 2x the horsepower to run app containers on APs at the edge.
Precision Wi-Fi location service
Deliver sub-1-meter location precision with a built-in GNSS receiver and barometric sensor to better support use cases such as small-device asset tracking and proximity marketing without deploying overlay technologies. The 730 Series APs are also self-locating, eliminating the time-consuming, manual task of measuring, recording, and maintaining logs of APs.
Cloud-native management
With AI-powered insights, workflow automation, and robust security, cloud-native HPE Aruba Networking Central simplifies the management and orchestration of campus, branch, remote, and data center networks.
